By May 10th. The organizers will print the posters for participants and display them on the day of the conference. During the poster session, participants will present their posters and discuss them.

For participants with a presentation, certificates will be given after their talk. For poster presenters, they will be distributed during the poster session.

Yes, every participant must prepare an abstract. The abstract books will be available on the day of the conference.
