Important dates & Templates
Oral presentations
Participants will have 10 minutes for their Oral Presentations. After that there will be additional 5 minutes for questions from the audience.
Poster presentations
Participants will present their posters during the Poster Sessions.
Posters must be prepared in vertical orientation, size B1. All participants presenting a poster are required to send an electronic version in PDF format to stemday@put.poznan.pl by May 10, 2026.
The organizers will print posters for all participants. The posters will be displayed on the day of the conference.
Abstract
Abstracts must be submitted electronically (docx format, as per the template available on the website) to stemday@put.poznan.pl by 27 April 2026. The abstracts will undergo review and the authors will be informed of their acceptance for inclusion in the conference materials by email.
